1 Welcome Group helps international students and professional with housing and other service acting as a concierge. In Singapore we do that under the WelcomeStay brand, while more countries and services will be added over time. As the project manager responsible for business development, I drive partnerships with landlords and agents, expand our housing supply, and lead revenue growth initiatives. My role also involves shaping our go-to-market strategy, optimising pricing and service structures, and ensuring operational scalability as we grow across markets.
