During his time in Temasek Polytechnic, Jia Le was a member of TP Production Crew, later renamed TP Digital Media & Production Crew (DMPC). Being a part of DMPC for three years, Jia Le progressively held leadership positions, growing from a sub-committee member in his first year, to a main-committee member in his second year as Head of Publicity, and lastly as Head of Human Resource in his third year. Jia Le's efforts and contributions to DMPC and TP's art scene are xxx by several award he received, including the Temasek Service Excellence Award - Group, and
Passionate about business and entrepreneurship, Jia Le was Business Development Manager (Intern) with Cadena International Pte Ltd, where he was responsible for the marketing and business development efforts for Singapore and worked with the various country heads to support the company's mission and goals for Southeast Asia.
